We aim to respond to support email within two business days. Urgent outages affecting a paying product get priority and are typically addressed the same day.

Do you offer phone or chat support?
Not at the moment. We're a small team and email lets us respond thoughtfully without dropping context. If something is an emergency, say so in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.
