- Email hello@tinysoftware.io with as much detail as you can — a short description, steps to reproduce, the product name, and your operating system or browser. We read every message.
- How quickly will you reply?
- We aim to respond to support email within two business days. Urgent outages affecting a paying product get priority and are typically addressed the same day.
- How do I request my data, or delete my account?
- Email hello@tinysoftware.io and mention the product and the email address you used to sign up. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle personal information.
- Do you offer phone or chat support?
- Not at the moment. We're a small team and email lets us respond thoughtfully without dropping context. If something is an emergency, say so in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.
- Where are you based?
- We're a fully remote studio — no office, no hallway conversations, all async. Legal jurisdiction details live on the Contact page if you need them.
