Who we are

Tiny Software LLC ("Tiny Software", "we", "our", or "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, USA. We operate the website at tinysoftware.io and the software products listed under our Products page. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or products, how we use it, and what rights you have.

Information we collect

We collect as little information as we reasonably can. Specifically:

• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns on our website. Google Analytics collects information such as IP address, browser, device type, referring URL, and the pages you view. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising.
• Email you send us. If you email hello@tinysoftware.io, we receive and store the contents of your message and your email address so we can respond and keep records of the correspondence.
• Server and security logs. Our hosting provider may keep routine server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps) for operational and security purposes. These logs are rotated and we do not use them to build user profiles.
• Product-specific data. Some of our products require account data (for example, an email address and monitoring configuration for Pingaroo). Where a product collects additional data, we describe it in that product's documentation or sign-up flow.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate, secure, and improve our website and products; to respond to support requests; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising to you, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to run our business, including our website host, email provider, and Google Analytics. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their service, and they are contractually bound to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

Aside from analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, this website does not set cookies. Individual products may use cookies where required for authentication or functionality; those are disclosed in the product itself.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise those rights, email hello@tinysoftware.io and include enough information for us to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time and free of charge, except where law permits otherwise.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.
